This is not a way to become someone else.
It is a way to become fully aware of who we already are—Defined, Aligned, Refined and Expressed.

About Define Now™

What We Learned

We’re two guys who spent years working in mental health—only to discover that what limits most people from reaching their goals isn’t motivation or support. It’s a lack of definition.

That may sound simple. After all, we define ourselves every day—by what we drive, what we believe, how we speak, dress, vote, and live. Even in the workplace, every project begins with a clear definition.

And yet, despite all this surface-level defining, something deeper is often missing.

Why Now?

We live in a world that tells us to “be present” and “live in the now.”
But if now is the only moment we truly have, shouldn’t we be defining it?

Our interest in the definition of now came from working with people pursuing connection, peace, and purpose. Many of them had done a lot of personal work. They had tried therapy, coaching, reflection, and advice—but still didn’t feel progress.

Description Isn’t Definition

What we noticed is that most people could describe themselves—but they hadn’t truly defined themselves.

Descriptions sound like résumés: “I’m driven,” “I’m kind,” “I’m a helper.”
But definitions clarify who you are, what you value, and where you’re going.

The Power of Defining Experience

Defining who we are—and what we are being—is not just an important question. It’s the starting point of transformation.

When we define the elements of our experience—our thoughts, our feelings, our goals—we make them more meaningful. That meaning brings awareness. That awareness fuels intention. And when intention is refined and aligned with what matters, we create purpose.

From Meaning to Being

When meaning connects with purpose, we become.

That’s the power of definition.
And that’s our work—not to define life for you, but to define life with you.

Presence is not found.
It is defined.
